The way forward is AI-native from inception. That is why we started Poesis. Designed for the future, human judgment guides machine prediction to form a foundation that compounds over time. Alex Popa is a seasoned global investor specializing in technology, venture, and growth equities. During his sixteen-year tenure at The Capital Group, one of the world's largest and oldest investment firms, Alex served as a Partner and Portfolio Manager in the flagship Growth Fund of America, the world's largest actively managed fund with ~$300Bn AUM.

Charles Elkan, PhD

Chief Scientist

Charles Elkan is the chief scientist of Poesis. Previously, he was a managing director and global head of machine learning at Goldman Sachs in New York. Before that, he led machine learning at Amazon, advancing research and development in artificial intelligence for e-commerce and cloud computing.
